How does the Blob Tool detect missing tablets in blister packs?
The camera captures the blister card and the Blob Tool evaluates configured pixel-count thresholds within each pocket ROI. A result outside the validated range is marked non-conforming and passed to the rejection workflow.
Can the system inspect product colors?
Yes. The Color Inspection Tool compares captured color profiles against configured target tolerances for product color validation and cap/label anti-mixup.
