How does the PLC positioning sensor interlock work?
The PLC monitors entry, middle, and exit position sensors. The software permits the save workflow only when the configured position conditions indicate that the vehicle is correctly placed on the platform.
What prevents a driver from weighing twice or lingering on the bridge?
Our software includes empty-scale interlocking. After a transaction saves, the bridge is marked occupied and will NOT accept the same RFID tag or new transaction until the live weight drops below the empty threshold (e.g. 300-500 kg) for several monitoring cycles.
What PLCs are supported for barrier and signal control?
The application includes built-in drivers for industrial PLCs and generic relay controllers.
